Portofly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice or liability.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Portofly does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

Portofly is not responsible for any loss of data, content, or revenue arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portofly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Portofly's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Portofly, if any.

Portofly reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time.

Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
