am currently studying BSc Information Technology at the University of West London, where I am developing my knowledge and skills in IT systems, programming and cybersecurity. I have a strong interest in IT support and enjoy solving technical problems and helping users. I have gained practical experience through my role as an IT Support Team Member at Uxbridge College, where I worked on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing systems, and supporting users. I also completed a cybersecurity virtual experience with Fujitsu, which helped me understand cyber threats and system security. I am a motivated and reliable individual with strong communication and teamwork skills. I am seeking a Junior IT Support Technician role to begin my career in the IT industry.
